Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning House Bill No, 160, relating to the time for            
filing certain civil actions was read the second time.                         
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10 was before the

The question being:  "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT
